The Brughiera Rural Village is a small, widespread world:

• 2 accommodation facilities (Cascina Il Faggio + Hotel del Castagneto)

• 2 restaurants (Agriturismo + Pizzeria della Brughiera)

• Shared services and services dedicated to couples and families: swimming pool, spa and playground

• Daily activities and a daily schedule to enrich each day

The idea is simple: you sleep in one of the two structures, but you experience the whole Village .

A car-free holiday (when possible)

The Village was created to encourage short journeys on foot , even if uphill, in a safe and quiet space.
For those who wish, the experience is designed to minimize car travel and allow you to truly enjoy the area: fresh air, silence, nature, and human rhythms.

Activities and daily program

For this reason, we are creating a daily program with activities shared between the two facilities, also designed for those who want to stay "on site" without moving:

The goal: to make your holiday special without having to chase a thousand destinations .

Our story (in brief)

• 2011 – Cascina Il Faggio was founded as a B&B

• 2014 – We expand the kitchen: the agriturismo opens, growing vegetables and small fruits.

• 2022 – we become a Country House with 10 rooms and new services (spa, panoramic swimming pool), maintaining the rural soul

• 2024 – We take over the Hotel del Castagneto: an opportunity and a responsibility for the place

• April 2025 – Hotel and Pizzeria della Brughiera reopen

• Christmas 2025 – Bottega della Brughiera is born

• Spring 2026 – launch of the Brughiera Rural Village

We invested a lot, experimented, listened to criticism and solved problems.
But one thing has never changed: the desire to make this place live well .

Spring–Summer 2026: Reservations now open

We are preparing the Village for spring and are launching the booking campaign with very competitive prices .

Because we believe that a tourist facility thrives thanks to three factors:
