On the occasion of Bagna Cauda Day, we invite you to enjoy an experience that for us is the heart of the Piedmontese winter.
Bagna Cauda della Merla from Cascina Il Faggio is not just a dish, but a moment of true conviviality, to be enjoyed with friends, seated around the table, without rushing.

While the Oasi Zegna moors rest outside, in the dining room, intense aromas, seasonal vegetables, and the pleasure of being together are shared. Our proposal is designed as a complete experience , pairing bagna cauda with:
